The framework is free. The tools are not.

The SPQF is published under CC-BY 4.0 and will always be free to use. You do not need Clinically Ready to benefit from the framework - a spreadsheet and a filing cabinet will get you started.

Clinically Ready exists for practices that want the structure without building it themselves. It saves time, reduces the administrative burden, and makes it easier to demonstrate compliance - but it is entirely optional.
